Growing up in my hometown of Phoenix, AZ, the first movie I ever saw was Jim Hensen's Labyrinth with David Bowie and Jennifer Connolly. My first animated film I loved was Shrek. Over this past summer, despite the COVID-19 pandemic, I have conceived numerous concepts that I have made into great scripts short and feature length. When my short film script Sparing JFK's Life got its Official Selection laurel by the upcoming festival, I felt proud of myself knowing that I am getting my first sliver of recognition, I immediately became a part of the Script Summit Writer's Group on Facebook and I am very happy to be a part of a community whom I can share so many things about screenwriting with.
